PDF editors

@krzystoff: I've been looking for an editor for ages now, with no luck. The only thing that comes close is Sun PDF Import Extension (pdf editor for Open Office). It is a bit of a pain to use (and consumes a lot of memory), but it can edit PDFs and then save them. gscan2pdf does OCR, but there's no comparison to Adobe. I've managed to get around with those 2-3 tools, but if I need something more sophisticated (like filling out forms), I go back to windows and adobe.
