I for the life of me can't understand why they turned this feature off. If you've got a dozen tabs open and say need to reboot for a Windows update, do you really want to lose all those half-read tabs? No! What's worse is the default behaviour is now the same as when you close one Firefox window while another is open - it gives you the impression that there's a hidden Firefox window hiding somewhere, or that your Firefox installation is up the creek. There's no logic in defaulting this setting to off. Firefox devs please revert this to the old behaviour!
