No Save&Quit option in Firedox 10

#106 Thanks Tilly. You gave me the solution. I'd ensured that browser.showQuitWarning was set to true, but it wouldn't work. As you said, you have to go to Tools-->Options and the General tab, and change the option 'When Firefox starts', so that it is NOT "Show my windows and tabs from last time". Any other option seems to work. Taken me hours, until I found your post. Thanks John
